Dean Phillips is an American millionaire businessman and a respected Democratic politician who currently serves as a member of the US House of Representatives from Minnesota’s 3rd congressional district. His mother, DeeDee, then married Eddie Phillips, heir to the Phillips Distilling Company and son of advice columnist Pauline Phillips.
