Sandra Doorley is a former American Attorney born on 1963 in Rochester, New York. She served as the District Attorney of Monroe County, New York from 2011 to 2020. She was re-elected in 2015 and 2019 for second and third four-year terms.

Doorley was the first woman to hold this position in Monroe County history. In November 2011, Doorley was selected by defeating Bill Taylor, District Attorney Republican candidate of Monroe County. She was sworn in on December 30, 2011 at Rochester Girls and Boys Club.
