Who is Sam Rubin?

Sam Rubin was a popular, experienced and reputed American entertainment journalist and television personality who was born on 16 February 1960 in San Diego, California, USA. He died due to heart attack on 10 May 2024 at the age of 64.

Sam Rubin was known for often interviewing Hollywood stars. He was associated with Los Angeles-based local television station KTLA in the 1990s.

Rubin was a staple of KTLA’s morning news program where he served as the entertainment anchor, providing viewers with the latest updates on celebrity news, movie premieres, awards shows, and other entertainment-related topics.

In addition to his television work, Rubin was also known for cameo roles in films and television shows, one of which was Wes Craven’s New Nightmare (1994).
